The Liquid Iron Industries Universal Slider Box Kits are designed to significantly stabilize long travel leaf spring suspensions on practically any vehicle.  These slider boxes completely replace the standard shackle configuration found on leaf spring setups allowing for smoother operation with less bushings.  Additional stability is achieved by eliminating the upper pivot point on longer (5" or more) shackles which reduces body sway in off camber and high speed driving.  Self lubricating UHMW pucks are the only moving part on the LII shackle boxes which makes them stone cold reliable in the most demanding situations.  Competition tested and proven design is a must for any budget minded leaf spring build.

Manufactured from laser cut 1/4" A36 steel plate and jig welded for precision.  Boxes come as an assembled pair ready to be welded to the bottom, side, or frenched into the frame on your project.  Replacement UHMW pucks available for a minimal charge.

Fits leaf springs with a 2.75"-3" OVERALL bushing width. That's the total width of the spring eye bushing, not the width of the spring leaves. Most 2.5" wide leaf springs have a 3" overall bushing, so they fit. Narrower bushings work with small spacers or washers on each side.

Overall slider box dimensions are 12" long x 3.69" wide x 4.48" deep (at the axle end) with a 9" travel slot.
